NLBM SEMINAR AT CHURCH OF CHRIST ONICHA NGWA MARCH 1ST 2008
It is interesting to tell you how the brethren feel when they hear about NLBM seminars.

Last Saturday was a turning point to many who attended the NLBM seminar, and one thing was added to the way I have being conducting the seminars, and that was going from compound  to compound preaching  Christ , encouraging the villagers to have the MIND OF CHRIST, at the same time inviting them to the Church compound to study with us. This lasted for 2 hours.

The topic discussed was THE MIND OF CHRIST. I was appreciated and commended by the host congregation and the invitees. Benson was one of the speakers. He is a student of NCBC and he did very well with the topic A Mind OF FORGIVENESS. I was happy with his presentation. Benson is my convert from prison, and will be graduating from the Bible College August this year. Always remember him in your prayers. He is not a disappointment, rather I am encouraged.

The attendance was encouraging; on record we have 137 people that registered. To some people, that was there first time of being part of the program and they were filled. A preacher commended the program, that since last year he started hearing about it, but decided to attend to know what NLBM is all about. He added, brethren, this is a worthy seminar and encouraged other preachers to make sure that there church members do not miss any of the future NLBM seminars. After the lectures, I shared the lessons to those present (mainly to those who can read).

March  5th 2008 NLBM AT ABALA IBEME SECOUNDARY SCHOOL Wednesday 5th of March 2008 was a memorial day to the lives of the entire Abala Ibeme Secondary school community. I was left Aba very early that morning to the school, in other to get their before their devotion. I want tell you that I got their before 80% of the students arrived the campus, 3 other members of NLBM/WBS workers came to join me. When they arrived we approach the principal, to greet him and remind him of the day appointment. Immediately he ordered his vice to ask the whole staff and students to the chapel.
After the principal introducing me and my group to the students, he urged them to pay attention to us.
The topic I discussed with the staff and students was DRUG//SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND ADDICTION. In the middle of the discussion there was quietness in the hall. At the end the principal, staff and student leader thanked us for coming with such a powerful message. Many of them enrolled into NLBM courses, one of the senior teachers promised to be teaching the courses to the entire school in the chapel by next term. Many of the students have already enrolled into WBS courses and are expecting their lessons to come. Before I left the hall I shared some copies of CASA lessons to the staffs and some students, and gave the curriculum to the Principal who asked that we come back next term.
We moved to another school GOLDMATE COMPREHENSIVE SECONDARY SCHOOL. We meet the students writing exams, yet the proprietor welcomed us with happiness, and promised to make NLBM their credit course after scanning through the curriculum which I gave him. He wants me to make ready Course 1 and Course 2 before the next academic section.
Thanks for reading my work.
Yours in His Service, Friday Adima
