Don't Believe in God or the Bible?

People offer a variety of reasons why they don't believe in the Bible. Almost always, the person hasn't investigated the Bible themselves, they have only taken someone else's opinion or seen someone they have thought was a Christian acting in an un-Christian manner.

Often, a person bases his disbelief of the Bible on his or her preception that there is a conflict between science and the Bible, particulary the first chapter of Genesis. They just don't realize that the only conflict is between misconceptions of what the Bible says or what science says or both.

If this is what you think, don't let it deprive you of a second chance in life. Explore the facts for themselves. I have a Ph.D. in science and have sucessfully practiced professionally for several years and have never found a conflict between science and the Bible. Consider that the Bible was written over a period of about 1500 years by over 40 different people and yet contains no historical or scientific contradictions. Why take my word for it. Look for yourself by beginning a study of Course I to see what God thinks about you and explore the following two sites, Does God Exist? and Reasons to Believe.

Lee Strobel, a best selling author and investigative reporter, talks about his effort to disprove Christ and Christianity.

Do you doubt there is a God? You may want to visit this site and see how sciene caused a devote Atheist to change his mind.
